Ocassionally, just occasionally, I wish you would show some common sense and intuition. You could always find out what he's been shouting from the rooftops, that the article clearly states, instead of asking me to inform you. And he's not simply protesting, he's trashing the joint and roofs cost quite alot as do skylights. Not to mention the water it lets in. How much cost damage would a hole in your roof do in this weather? Now mulitply it by the building size and multiply it again for the massively increased cost of doing any building work in a functioning prison. I think you've missed my point. The quality of journalism on the first link was woeful. Allows people to jump to conclusions...
