hi all
i tried to upgrade my ipad to ios 9 and as it has with many people frozen on the swipe to upgrade screen. i went to apple and they said plug in to a computer and restore the factory settings via itunes. i tried this and it said the itunes on my ipad needs updating ,so im now stuck. any computer experts out there with any suggestions. many thanks

Take it back to Apple and tell them to sort it out - stand your ground and dont take any crap from them.

Apple are dicks.

The fact that anything they produce requires connecting to a PC is laughable.

Mine was ok ......
Even Hol treads now work with only 1 tap ..and no need to double tap to read a thread as I had to got the past couple of months

mine keeps having to reload the page when on here but i don't blame Apple. I blame two particular Czech models for consistently shooting mine.

Weird was only a double tap but so bloody annoying

i haven't connected any apple device of mine to a PC in at least 6 years.

You might not have, but there are still certain times that apple products require a PC.
