No matter how badly the Tories do I sincerely can't see the majority of the nation voting for someone who's made it clear that a CND mindset will deal with Russia and China.

Corbyn is a product of Labour's rejection of Blairism......But it in practical terms it is as extreme a move as the Conservatives going from the days of Macmillan to Thatcher.

Unlike Thatcher though Corbyn doesn't have a realistic scooby.

He is completely out of touch.....I mean I actually saw him in an interview say that he was going to try to convince members of his own cabinet that their views on nuclear defence were wrong.

It was almost amusing.....The idea that these Labour politicians hadn't heard or thought about the CND mindset.

The idea that his defence or indeed his foreign policy is going to fly in the real world......Outside of the tiny number of proper lefties.......It just isn't going to happen.

As a Prime Minister he wouldn't really be representing Britain aboard......He would be fighting for an ideology.....Not this country.

People instinctively know that.....He isn't going to even get a sniff.

Watching Cameron's speech, this is the most un-Conservative speech I've ever heard from a Tory. Egalitarianism splashed all over it.

Old Labour are talking to themselves, New Labour has gone for a swim - and DC has taken your clothes. To quote Johnny Rotten, "Ever get the feeling you've been had".

You're out of power for a generation, Comrades. Thankfully.

Unless of course the Conservatives f**k it all up, or Corbyn can sell it to the public. Its a strange day when even the Police Officers are upset with the Conservative party.

Why is Corbyn's brain a vacuum?

Because he's a sucker?

I thought they all pretty much say what they like to get into power and then either do nothing like they promised, or find they simply can't do what they said they would. I expect Corbyn would be the latter - Cameron the former.

Is that the Labour leadership with Cameron?
Otherwise, what's it got to do with the Tory conference?

If Cameron had dyed his hair grey and put on a false beard, it would have been difficult to tell he wasn't Corbyn when he made his speech yesterday.

Starting to wonder if I, as a right of centre conservative, will grow to dislike Cameron as much as the socialists dislike Blair for winning elections...

No silly... it's because it's devoid of any commonsense or reality.
