it was electrical, I had to redo it and I have now got this question wrong Sprinklers, risers, drenchers and flooding systems are classified as: a.alarm systems anyone know this? desperate now

Fixed systems, i would guess, although a sprinkler system does act as an alarm system. They have flow switches on the risers that evac the building when a sprinkler head is activated/broken. A Quick google says its a "Fixed fire protection system" so there's your answer. Edited by JL85 (04 Nov 2015 2.36pm)

As for the Fire Alarm, well, it has to be electrical. Automatic is normally a smoke detector or flow switch.
