I'm amazed that suspicions weren't aroused at the FA when that celeb XI entered themselves into many an under 12.

In my book if he's guilty then he should do time but if he's innocent, well that's all fine and dando

This from someone who says Saker Aamer must be treated as an innocent man - yet it is ok to publicly drag the likes of Cliff Richard, Noel Edmunds and Jim Davidson through the mud without any charges being made. One law for those the left identify with and one for those they don't.

I hope that if Noel Edmunds ever doe get accused of anything the trial consists of 20 boxes, 10 with "Guilty" written in and 10 with "Not Guilty" written in. Then we'll finally get some entertainment from that absolutely dull premise.

Caveat: I have no reason to believe Edmunds is up to anything, just following up on the mention of him.

Glitter was never a midfielder.

As a matter of fact, he's a back.

Give him the captain's armband. I think he'd make a good leader.

Its called humour, plus Saker Aamer's ill conceived house party never got past the US pilot - The guests were just too one dimensional and the stunts were just plain cruel.

As for Cliff, Noel and Jim Davidson, well lets just say I'd have them up on charges of crimes against humanity. Its got nothing to do with being left wing, and all to do with a bitter and deep hatred of light entertainment.

The true shame about Jimmy Savile is that he could have been kept from polluting the human consciousness with his insipid s**t for generations had the police done their job properly, imagine a world without Gary Glitter....

Which to me,this has done far more damage to the British People than any terrorist combined with its banality and pandering to the lowest denominator. At least the IRA made for 'interesting times'.

Ah but Jamie, it's free art. The populace ought to have the option to enjoy light entertainment if they so wish. A bit like a Banksy mural, if people want to enjoy Noel's House Party or Big Break they ought to live in a world where that they have that choice
