Its 'children' / under age to be held responsible, TUX , in general.
We are awash with horrible youngsters of all race /creeds.
They are very savvy and know they have several or many strikes before they get a small punishment.
Better to start handing out draconian penalties to the families of these troggs, then they may actually care two hoots about what the little animals are up to when it comes back on their door.

Kids,tired of being bothered by your pesky parents?
Then leave home, get a job & pay your own bills, while you still know everything.

We should come down hard on those who behave like this regardless of race. I know plenty of black people who don't behave this way and its pitiful that I have to point that out. There are some crimes that more white people commit but if there was a "oh look the whites are at it again" comment I'm sure I would be called out. The two girls behaviour should be held against them not others.

Blaming a whole race for the actions of two people is wrong.

Suggest you meet some 'blacks' and ask them what is important to them and their community.

You will find that the black community is the highest attendees of church services in the uk, has a strong moral backbone and places family at the core of its existence.
