Being in a back bench position is much easier - you can shout and scream about injustices but never actually need to come up with any viable alternative solutions.

True. He's clearly a man of principle (whether you agree with him or not). What he's now learning is that leadership will make you temper your principles with practicalities. Being in a back bench position is much easier - you can shout and scream about injustices but never actually need to come up with any viable alternative solutions.
