Of course, the BBC say with one hand but behave with the other - note the words "Islamic State" are always preceded by "so-called".

Anything that annoys them is funny but I dislike the way the Islamic world tries to make out that somehow ISIS/Daesh isn't Islamic. It is very Islamic and the only way the world can successfully deal with them is by acknowledging this simple fact. Until we understand the deeply Islamic theology behind them we'll never beat them.

It is very Islamic and the only way the world can successfully deal with them is by acknowledging this simple fact. Until we understand the deeply Islamic theology behind them we'll never beat them. Its Islamic in the way that those who bang on about the Old Testament are very Christian, they just fixed the clock on a particular mythologised past, and reject any of the progress and development in thought, society and culture since that, even if it was positive in its benefit. Like all forms of Fundermentalism, its a movement of absolute power through a single truth. Its as dangerous as the likes of Communism or Fascism because it renders all other people inhuman.
