I'm not exactly fat, but carrying a few extra pounds. I work long hours, on my arse (60+ hours, posting from work right now) and get little opportunity to exercise, where I always used to play tennis, football and run, basically every day. Exercise is the key. I don't get to exercise much, I don't binge eat and I used to burn those calories, no problem. Nowadays, not so easy. Long hours working sedentary jobs is a big part of the problem.
