Sky Sports Transfer Centre reporting we are interested in him. It's at 19:05: [Link]

Seems like we are being linked to pretty much anyone who can play up front but in all the reports it always seems the figure is 6 million.

`PALACE IN FOR DEMBELE

Crystal Palace have joined the race to sign Fulham's Moussa Dembele, reports The Mirror. Spurs and Man United are also thought to be in the chase for the £6m striker, but the Eagles could offer him more first team opportunities.

Alan Pardew could bring two forwards in this month, with none of his current crop of centre-forwards scoring from open play in the Premier League this season.`

Imagine going from having the choice of chamakh, Bamford and Campbell to Wickham, Zaza and dembele, I don't care if it's all rumours and probably not gonna happen, I can't help but get excited.

Mousa Dembele has pace and power, can use both feet and is good in the air. I am led to believe that when he was a young lad his hero was Brazil's Ronaldinho.

I just re-read the article and it says Fulham want 6 mill for him which is the amount that keeps being reported we are offering for various strikers and he is only 19. Reports now say Chelsea wont sell Remy so can't help but feel this lad is a `younger` Remy. I'm going to stick my neck out and say that this one feels good, ticks all the right boxes.

Lol, well Juventus have ruled themselves out of going for him:

"The squad is competitive and there are only a few players who are good enough to improve it," said Allegri, who have also been linked to Fulham's Moussa Dembele

Seems a top class prospect, but more as an investment than than someone who could make an immediate impact

I think that this could be one of those cases where the Patrick Bamford saga could work against us.

Explain to us all what "led" you to believe that please?

I think Willo meant "lead" but he's never been very good at spelling. As in "A lead weight was tied around my ankles by various members of HOL and I was then thrown into the Thames where, as I sunk, I came to believe that the youthful Moussa Dembele's hero was Ronaldinho".

I know this is long-winded bulls*** but then that's Willo for you!

On a serious note, I'd have Dembele all day long. Very near the top of my list of dream signings. Willo, what languages does his mother speak?

Sydenham by birth. Selhurst by the Grace of God.
