Report from March says while struggling for goals at Fernabache, was bood by his own fans, took off his shirt and walked off the pitch. Coaching staff ordered him to put his shirt back on and pushed him back on the pitch. Wad substituted at half time. Later loaned out to a UAE league side. Looks just like the sort of player we need.....

This post has been merged from a topic called 'EMINIKE (Rumour)' by james03 PALACE IN FOR EMENIKE Crystal Palace are rivaling West Ham to sign Fenerbahce striker Emmanuel Emenike, Sky sources understand. Sky Sports News HQ reported last week that the Hammers had made an offer to take the 28-year-old on loan with the view to a permanent transfer in the summer. His record is pretty impressive. He's scored goals at a reasonable clip for what I'd call the second-tier of top flight European sides and has performed at international level too. Could be a sleeper; definitely better than what we've got and potentially a 15 goal scorer. Add him AND Adebayor and I don't think we'll go six games goal-less again!

He's a scorer alright and a bit of a unit but by all reports he's in talks with West Ham over a loan move with a view to a permanent deal.
