1. According to Pards, we're not after any of the strikers we've been linked with and so far as I know, we haven't been linked with Bony.

2. It's been reported that Man City area willing to move him on.

Adding two and two to no doubt make six, this move would make sense.

If they bring in a new striker this window then it vould be likely that they'd move him on, however I'd bear in mind the reason he left Swansea for City was simply money and we wouldn't be able to satisfy that desire, nor would we want to.

Didn't he leave Swansea to play for a champions league team who regularly compete and win the premiership?

Personally I find it strange that he'd be happy moving on so soon, surely he knew he wouldn't be their number one striker ? So what's chabged?

Must say the kid there bringing through looks amazing and if we could Id be after him on loan....

I don't think you ever know how a move will pan out until after it's happened. Same with taking a new job. Bony moved for the money and the opportunity to play at top level but maybe he's found a bit-part role isn't as rewarding as he thought it would be; maybe he expected to play more than he has; maybe he just doesn't like Manchester. Who knows? What does seem clear (on a "no smoke without fire" basis) is that he's there to be had if anyone wants him.

Must be on big money at City?

100k a week and 20k appearance fee on top.

Don't think he'd drop down and we wouldn't pay anywhere near that would we.

Well, apparently Swansea are interested and it's a longer drop to 17th than 7th. As for what we'd pay, I honestly don't think any of us have any idea. The reality is that we're richer than we've ever been, we have a very ambitious manager, and market value is what it is. I don't think Parish would overpay for a player, but it wouldn't surprise me if we have a far bigger budget for a striker than many of you think.

Would be blinding. He is a PROPER centre forward , hard as f*ck, bullet of a shot. Would be a great buy at 12-15 million. As would dzeko have been when he left city. Cabaye must be on 100 grand a week. If and its a big if we outed Gayle for 6 million , then at 15 million Bony would only be costing us 9 and an extra 60 grand a week ( assuming Gayle is on about 40).
Yep I'm definitely up for this one. F*ck that c*nt adabayor, we will have Bony.

I meant probably wouldn't drop his wages that much but who knows. If he would drop his wages then surely we'd pay 70/80k for a top striker like him?

A player like Bony would be fantastic for us.

Which is why arrogance will be their downfall. They don't think we're a rival.

Gayle on £40k per week? This is planet Earth calling.

I seem to remember that the figure for Gayle was roughly half of that.

As for Bony, I am sure I read he is injured?
