If we sign bendtner it's definitely a backwards move what will he contribute to the team nothing his worse than Campbell in my eyes and with the investment we've had we can do million times better than him and we should be moving forward not backwards we are 8th in the PL and if we buy a 20 goal man we would be top 6 we need to buy a goalscorer not a person who is going to contribute absolutely nothing to the team maybe experience but that's all

As I've said before, as long as we sign a decent forward I wouldn't object to Bendtner. He'd give us hours of entertainment.

What's his obsession with ex-Arsenal forwards? We got Sanogo last season (awful); we've still got Chamakh who should have been thrown out of the club for that awful dive last week; we're already looking at Adebayor; now Bendtner. Forwards from other clubs are available.

Its actually Parish doing the shopping from the sounds of things. If we could get him firing he would suit our team very nicely, fully fit he is a far better short term option that Adebayor.

don't see how Bendtner is a better option than Wickham. Wickham is slowly getting better, Bendtner is slowly going the other way and has never been that prolific, despite proclaiming to be the best striker in the world, ahem.

Sanogo. Bamford. Now this muppet. Is this not the idiot that paid about £10 for a souvenir land plot about the size of a bog seat on some Higland moor that came with a certificate declaring him "Laird of Camster" or somesuch, and thought it was real and made him important? He should show it off at Ibrox sometime. He'll get menshies on Only An Excuse? next Hogmanay. I'm all for having a club mascot but a) we have one already b) it should really be cute or characterful in sone way and c) it shouldn't actually be allowed to play football. Something not adding up in super al's press conferences! He says wants a striker in the gayle mould yet clearly doesn't rate him. Then says were intersested in Adebayor and Bendtner who don't fit this profile. All very smoke and mirrors! My personal belief is a contract of sorts has been offered to Adebayor and we're playing hard ball. Bendtner is too similar to Wickham (plus didn't he not fancy us on loan in a previous window?) so I reckon Pards has just chucked his name in the mix to try and show Adebayor he's not the only over priced egomaniac were after! Either way he's now said he wants a forward for the fans so transfer deadline day going to be exciting I predict ( if possibly underwhelming in the end)

Pretty sure AP taking the piss and hiding the name of our real targets, either that or he's been on the puff with Chris Armstrong. Bendtner however does fit in with our current forwards 3 goals in 28 for Wolfsberg. Looking forward to 1st Feb when we parade a big name signing AP has bee looking at.

I would love to see Bendtner in a palace shirt. He has just been at the wrong clubs. He cant handle being down the pecking order. Thats why it hasnt worked out for him at Arsenal and Wolfsburg. He is very much a confidence player, that needs regular selection to thrive.
