I've just heard on talksport from that warren Horton that crystal palace are looking to bring in hull midfielder Diame .....? Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't we in the market for strikers only ??

International team mate of Pape Souare. I seem to remember that a lot of people here thought he'd be a good signing around this time a year ago, but he chose to stay at West Ham. I believe that Pardew has sometime this month alluded to our needing help in midfield though the priority is strikers. I may be wrong about that, though. In my view, Diame would be a good addition definitely to the squad although if he did come in, I would expect one of our many midfielders to go out.

This would mean the end of Jedinak for sure... But would be happy with this. Very good player.

You're wrong. Pardew tells the press what he wants the press to here - not always the truth. The same with all managers.

Reality is, as hard as this is to say, he'd be an upgrade on Ledley or Jedinek. It will open the door for one of them to go.

Would be very happy with this. We do not currently have a midfield player with his attacking drive with the ball. I've not seen much of him in the championship but if he's the same player who was at West Ham and Hull it's a good signing and means Pardew has identified like the rest of us the shortcomings in midfield as well as attack.

Not so as many managers prefer to say nothing if they don't want the media to know what they are doing but managers who contradict themselves run the risk of either being branded liars or not knowing what they are doing

To be honest, Jedi or Ledley would be a very good addition for a Hull team after promotion.
