I'm not a betting man but I want to go big on a horse in this race ..any tips ?

If you're not a betting man leave well alone Rads.

It's quite an open race this year.

I'm not sure what you consider as "going big" but if you can afford to lose whatever you bet and it won't cause you hardship or grief from a partner then go for it.

You could do worse than bet on the favourite "Don Cossack" to win at 3/1. A lot of pundits are tipping him.

I'm having a cheeky few bob each way (finish in first 3) on Smad Place but don't take either of the horses mentioned as my recommendations!

Betting to try and "win big" is a mugs game. For me its a relatively lavish hobby/pastime that occasionally generates a modest profit with a bit of fun and excitement thrown in.

Big .....£5 on the nose .... Unless I've missed it suppose I need to find a bookies
