Has it? Who cares. The French want to try him. The EU should allow free movement of people. After all, free movement allowed him to enter France easily and kill many people.

So you support the idea of the EU and federalisation. He'll be extradited to France, I have no doubt, but likely as not, he'll fight extradition on what ever grounds he can. The best case to do that on is the possibility of a fair trial.

They won't, they abolished the death penalty.

Provided he is actually guilty (which seems likely).

The lefties don't care about responsibilities... only rights count.

Your example is too simplistic and uses logic.

They will use the law to prove that it was this terrorists right to use freedom of movement on entering the country, but not extend it to France's case to extradite him which is probably against his human rights in their eyes.

I'd love one of these right on lefty types to be face to face with an ISIS warrior shouting "Allahu Akbar" just to see their smug faces crumple in fear and sh1t themselves having been woken up from their ideological dreamworld.

What a great idea for a film. I'll call Jason Statham.
He can play Donald Trump, former marine, who rescues the lefties from Islamic peril with Kung Fu.

Ray Winston can play the ISIS leader.

I wouldn't call you a racist for hating on Muslims, that's sectarianism... The obvious conclusion is that some people were hiding him, likely his near by family - I'm pretty certain that those helping him would have been Muslims as well and probably either direct involved in IS or sympathetic to IS (or paid).

I don't see how it extends that its indicative of the Muslim population or community. Kind of like blaming the Catholic community for the Provos being able to hide out and go on the run.

I do blame elements in the Catholic community for the Provos.

What a strange conclusion to leap to. I don't support the EU. I was merely pointing out the inconsistency of the EU in allowing free movement before crimes committed and not allowing it after the crimes. Of course he will fight extradition on spurious grounds at public expense. There should be consequences for his vexatious actions - don't you agree?

I think you don't understand the freedom of movement act.

That's possible. But I do understand the pernicious consequences of the freedom of movement act.

Another example of someone using big words that they've just googled in order to sound like they know what they're talking about.

Ironically something we probably agree on, if not necessarily for exactly the same reasons.

This fella has been hiding for months - he must have had help from the wider Muslim community.

I expect the usual apologists to deny this though.

And you wonder why Trump doesn't trust Muslims and talks of banning them?

It probably hits a raw nerve with him as it does with me looking back to 2001 and the Arabs rejoicing at the events in NY with the planes crashing into the Twin Towers..... sadly not much has changed since then.

Surely its more to do with the 'circle of friends' that he associates with rather than simply Muslims as to why he's been able to evade capture to date?

Its like in the old days when Bank robbers went 'underground' protected by their network...its no different from that.

More likely Trump is happy to earn money from Muslims (and Mexicans) but understands that dumb f**k America is his primary audience and he's pandering to those people. Its the politic of bigotry. I doubt he could give two s**ts about whether someone is Muslim or Christian, if they have money.
