Shouldn't have even been investigated, let alone arrested.

A pathetic, ridiculous and unnecessary law, passed by a bunch of self-serving, limp-wristed f*ckwits.

Funnily enough, Roonster was in my school the same year as you were in St Joseph's. He's as mid western reactionary as you are!

The fact that this knob head has reacted to an event abroad by accusing someone who has no more a relationship to the event to you or me is a reason to investigate, and if shown to be racist, f*** him, let the law take its course.

Its not for the Police to 'prove'. That is the job of the CPS. The police have to assess if there is a case to answer. There are plenty of un--witnessed crimes.

If he did just invent it for the sake of it, then that is still potentially a crime.

Then the law is an ass. I just do not understand how if there is no compliant, no evidence that he did this from a third party and, more to the point, how this is exactly 'racist'.

If he had racially berated someone and this was witnessed, agree, the bloke should be done, like that woman on the tram a few years ago. However, this just seems to be Twitter bollocks and a collosal waste of everyone's time.

Couldn't agree more.

To think that some of my tax money is funding this nonsense.

The law on racial hatred should be very carefully applied. Not liking a group is hardly a crime....or is it now.

We are living in an age where if you don't like a group of people you better not express it.

Is this really the direction we should be heading in?

He potentially asked someone about something connected to their religion, which isn't a crime but due to the fact that someone may possibly become upset if he'd asked them the same question, has been arrested under the broadest category of offence. One which people preaching death have failed to be charged for.

I once fell foul of the host of a party in merely attempting to discuss his religion, one which a handful of guests were acting contemptuously towards. Quite a surreal moment and when I was asked to leave I was far more upset that he was but I can't help feeling that in this day and age he'd have had far more right throw me out a window than I'd have to be injured in my ejection.

Why didn't this Muslim bird chill out and have a bit of fun?

My reaction to his question "How do you explain Brussels?" would be....

"They're a bit like Marmite, you either love em or hate em on your Christmas Dinner!"

I had a Christian Evangelist type knock on my door this week and handed me a card on one side it said "Happy Easter" and on the other it said "Jesus Christ died for your sins!"

As quick as a flash I said "Not this again!".... "You accused me of this last year, and I told you I had nothing to do with the arrest or crucifixion - that was the Romans!"

Her face was a picture and I politely said "Happy Easter to you too" before I shut the door.

A bit of humour can relieve tension.

You are on a different planet to me. By extension this total d*ck head accused the woman, because she appeared to be a Muslim, of being an insider. She should be able to 'explain' Brussels, how dare she not do so. Did he lash out at the first person he could find to 'confront', or could it be that he picked on a woman for a reason? Nasty public school toff f*ckwit.

What's the chances the woman was Shia anyway and therefore potentially more of a target that this moron.

I wonder, if he were challenged in the street to explain the Amritsar massacre, he would attempt to do so or simply say 'nothing to do with me'
. That would, of course, be a mealy mouthed response.

Don't disagree but if the bit in bold actually occurred, do you believe the 'perp' would be arrested?

Let's not forget they declined to charge the dappy mare who tweeted "killallwhitemen" which I would argue is just a tiny bit more racist AND inciting than stupidly asking someone uninvolved to explain a terrorist attack

Did it actually happen?

No one has come forward and he seems like a complete dick, who in spite of running a PR company, has little concept of how social media works.

So he says "it's not stereotyping" and then quotes "it's not like I'm some guy covered in tattoos" he should get sent down just for that idiotic comment.

You are quite right of course.

Racism seems to be a one-way ticket against white people or christians in law, or the application of it by our police force.

Imagine a group of white taxi drivers grooming young girls for underage sex/rape in Rotherham/Rochdale wherever it was, being allowed to get away with it by the local police for as long as the Muslim taxi drivers did?

Should I be holding my breath for this p***k to be treated similarly?
