Only real mistake Sven made as manager was that game. 11 subs and Francis Jeffers IIRC...

You're getting smashed this time around!

OK Sunshine
Last 2 games won by Australia in competitive games 12-1
Last 2 games played by England in Friendly's 4-4

Therefore you will require a massive turnaround in France because England are pretty piss pore in any competition, they haven't got the stomach for a fight!
When did England last win anything?

2015 Australia ASIAN CHAMPIONS

May 27th in Sunderland, lets see if England can SMASH us as you predict

Went to the game last night and I thought it was probably a good thing that we lost with that team out. Milner, Sturridge and Jagielka showed why they are backups instead of starting at international level. To me, this week should have cemented even further in Hodgson's mind what our first team should be.

Hart

Clyne ---- Cahill ----- Smalling ----- Rose

Dier

Henderson ---------- Alli

Vardy ------ Kane --------- Welbeck

I think that if its one thing that got highlighted by the England games this week is that a bad refereeing decision really costs you.

The Germans got done by a linesman on the disallowed goal, we got done by the ref on the shove in the back just before their goal.

Terrible officiating for supposed top level.

Now the Sepp is gone, maybe we can bring in TV reviews of goal related events in major competitions. 4th official on sideline looks at replay and decides if ref should get involved, takes but 20 seconds.
Time to take the controversy out of the game.

Completely agree.

I can see why Hodgson was trying out certainly players but it was clear that they shouldn't be in the first 11 if everyone is fit.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

If we moved our FA to Asia we'd piss winning their cup too

The Asian Cup is nothing as far as we're concerned. Le Tournoi ranks higher, and we won that!

If we don't win by at least 2 clear goals I'll be annoyed.

Optimistic as ever

Guaranteed on the plane?

GK: Hart, Forster, Heaton

RB: Clyne, Walker
LB: Bertrand
CB: Smalling, Cahill, Jagielka

CM: Henderson, Dier, Milner
AM: Lallana, Alli,

FW: Kane, Rooney, Vardy, Welbeck

That's 18 for a 23 man squad.

Another left back out of Shaw if he gets fit, if not it'll be Rose.
Stones will probably be the 4th CB.
Barkley and Walcott are in every squad, but I reckon one will miss out in favour of an alternative centre mid (Delph/Drinkwater).
That leaves space for one more striker, reckon that'll be Sturridge if he stays fit from now til the rest of the season. If he doesn't, I reckon Walcott/Barkley will replace him.

Apparently, even if Wilshere hasn't played a game for Arsenal this season but is fit i.e able to run and kick a ball, he's going.

Dann is better than both of those. :/

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

Barkley definitely going. I'd say he's more nailed on than Milner.
Sterling also in if he's fit.

Ok Sunshine
Give us a break, that was a FRIENDLY tournament in 1997.

England can win a few friendlies every season,BUT for the last 50 years of tournament football, they always build themselves up as potential champions and fail miserably.
Sunshine ,I know you will be annoyed after Australia embarass you again.
All the best Sunshine
