A sad day.

Only professionalism springs to mind, and seeing you throughout the eightees, in the little 'cubicle', a unique, one-seated 'box', with glassed-window, facing the pitch, from the Members' Stand (Old Stand), made my Saturday's complete.

I was also enjoying our beloved Palace, standing exactly opposite, in the forgotten Arthur Waite enclosure.

R.I.P. Ronnie, i miss you, and Joyce, in the Arthur Waite.... will Selhurst ever be the same?

I just finished watching a documentary on him last week.

An amazingly talented man but also someone who worked at his skills. His timing. The facial expressions. How he used his size to project his humour. Dead but never forgotten. Delve into youtube. You could be there forever.

I hope the team wins this week and dedicates it to "the wee man" as my mother in Northern Ireland used to call him.

RIP wee man. A huge loss to the comedy world. Uses to see him quite often in the Waitrose on Limpsfield Road.

Although not born in Croydon he lived on the Borough for many years and did a hell of a lot for promoting Comedy and Theatre on the Borough.

I will watch my favourite Two Ronnies sketch. The Mastermind 'Answering the question before last' in memory of him. If you haven't seen it then get on YouTube and watch it. Bloody hilarious.

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

Maybe he didn't like your aftershave.

Should rename the Whitehorse in his honour, it's the smallest and I like the idea of the Holmesdale singing 'Ronnie give us a song'.
