She should have tried seeking legal advice immediately, rather than waiting two or three years, and she could have annulled the marriage (there is a very reasonable argument that she was significantly deceived). She probably still could - arguably concealing the fact you're a convicted sex offender and had changed your name, probably would be suffice). A half decent solicitor or lawyer could make a case that she was incapable of making a fair decision on entering into marriage by his deception. Also, she could petition based on unreasonable behaviour (Nonce and Haircut), but the petition would need to be 'reasonably' served (which might require service by baliff or hiring a private detective to find and serve him). But the best option, would be, on discovering child p***.graphy on a computer, she called the police. Its remarkably easy to find and serve papers on someone who's in prison or on the sex offender register. I don't care how much you love someone, if they've got a load of kiddie p*** they're a wrong un. I'd shop my dad if he was a nonce and he's been my hero for 45 years (in fact my dad as I know him, is the kind of person who'd be angry if I didn't shop a nonce).
