Both terrific young prospects. With Hennesey not convincing and Jules getting on a bit one of these would be an interesting addition.

Of the two Bentley has more league experience and has been earning fantastic reviews at Southend.

Whenever I have seen him play he has never really stood out but I am aware that he is highly rated.He has been really good at saving penalties all his career and likes to come for crosses and take charge of his area.

I have said loads of times we should grab Freddie. Local lad too and can join his dad.

Whilst I'm happy to have young, inexperienced goalkeeper/s at the club for their progression they are not the answer to our present goalkeeping woes. We need to buy an experienced EPL goalie such as Krul, Guzan, Szczesny etc. These usually do not cost as much as outfield players so the outlay should not be a problem. A decent goalie is crucial and we can't take any large risks on this position. In my mind this is a top priority for next season.

Guzan hasn't had the best of seasons but he has been playing for A.Villa !
I understand he is always bubbly around the place and is a solid character.
Martin O'Neill signed him for A.Villa from USA club 'Chivas' for I think £2 Mill.

Szczesny has this unshakeable belief that he is going to best the best keeper in the world.He is very fast across his goal and calm in one-on-one situations but lapses of concentration have dogged his career.Been playing for Roma this season, on Loan from Arsenal.

Ignoring all the "Trollo" hogwash, at the end of the day if I have been informed of certain facts, I don't ask where the information comes from - I have certainly NOT viewed these "Links" before.

And perhaps one might consider that those who pen the "Links" get their details from certain sources ! In the interests of accuracy, I wasn't responsible for passing on the information which appeared in the "Links".
