Former Milan and Lazio boss Alberto Zaccheroni admits he would be interested in taking over at Crystal Palace.
Zaccheroni has been linked with a move to the South Londoners - but says he has not been approached by chairman Simon Jordan.
He told BBC Sport: "There has not been any contact between Crystal Palace and me, and I have not had the pleasure of meeting Jordan.
"I would be interested - but only if we share the same vision and same goals."
He is in talks with some Premiership clubs and hopes to land a coaching role.
"Of course - but currently I have not received any formal proposal and therefore I have not signed any agreement," he said.
"I see the English Premiership and the Spanish Liga as the two most fascinating and interesting leagues in football."
