Foreign Refs in the Premiership

Just before the Liverpool game, several Palace fans were talking about what to expect with Kevin Friend in charge because his record is so bad. They all knew what what coming, quelle supriz what happened. So why cant we have foreign refs who have no allegiances.

I agree about foreign refs but, unfortunately, the money men at the PL and Sky will still dictate the terms
