Palace app and adding to wallet broken

I will be calling the Box Office tomorrow but just wondering if anyone else has had this problem/found a way to fix.

I had my season ticket in my Apple Wallet and was fine. However, all my friends and family have had it updated for the Newcastle game but mine was stuck on Leicester.

I checked the Palace app and saw I can still select ‘Add ticket to wallet’ so I removed my pass on my phone then went onto the Palace app and clicked add it to wallet and the site is completely dead. It’s like Palace have stopped paying for the site that hosts the tickets.

I now have no ticket at all and am a bit concerned I’m going to be on temporary tickets for several games. It really is a terrible system.
