I think we can forget all about Slimani after today. If he was aware of those rumours before today's game I doubt he can stop laughing this evening. Reality is, he plays consistently for a club in the Champions League qualifiers. I'd love him, but i'm not sure why he'd want to come to Palace.

I don't know if this an old story, but there is an article on newsnow that we are in for this guy again, with an £8.8million deal rejected. Supposedly West Ham and Spurs waiting in the wings as well.

This rumour [Link] is back again. Assuming he doesn't go before Pards is going to get a chance to see him in South Africa. This is the deal i'd really like to come through. Him and Remy up top... what a prospect.
I still believe he is our No1 target and if as the rumour mill suggests Chelsea are looking at Cadavani in Jan then perhaps with Remy moving down the pecking order a place it could be a live one - at least on a loan basis to end of the season

Great option. Get him in. Seen him half a dozen times and he always looks sharp and has an eye for goal. He looked good against us in South Africa in pre season too

Excited about how this one will come along, but with interest from the likes of Tottenham, I simply cant see him wanting to join us. He is quality, but will come at a hefty price, we've reportedly had a bid of 8.8m REJECTED
