Mine was supervised by a nurse whose son I had taught. Both the nurse/mother & the boy liked me, otherwise I may have been nervous! The "English" way of chatting about holidays & the mundane as the procedure was carried out was comic in its way. Like most on here, I'd say there's nothing to worry about and would recommend it to anyone who wants no more children.

Have you considered removing yourself from the gene pool?

I just trust that your Japanese partner reads your posts as that should be enough to ensure that you will never be blessed with the joys of fatherhood.

Had mine a few years back at BUPA in Blackbeard ... I'm quite hairy so they shaved the area and used sellotape to remove the loose hairs ... I had to be physically held down by 3 nurses ... The fish hook feels like someone is twisting your balls ... The smell is something I will NEVER forget ... Had to refrain from sexually activities until I provided a sample ... Balls went purple that night and black the next day ... I couldn't bend down for 4 days ... Had to ask for help getting dressed ... A jockstrap was provided ... First time I shagged the gf (at that time) she said I filled her up lol!

I know people who have gone back to work that day ... I know others who like me ... Took time to recover

They say hard work never hurt anyone ... but why take a chance?

Had mine done in January 2015 so hopefully I can give you an up to date account of the experience!!

Firstly, don't panic!! It's not nearly as bad as you think it's gonna be. The recovery time is more painful than the procedure and that's the truth. The injection to numb each bollock is of course uncomfortable but you genuinely don't feel any pain when the antiseptic kicks in. You can feel a few things being pulled around and it feels weird but doesn't actually hurt!!

I was told I had to shave all my pubes off before the op, including balls (strange experience that was!) in case a stray hair gets into the stitches and causes an infection so I'd be surprised if they did it if you haven't shaved.

Recovery time is about 10 days to 2 weeks. Your balls will bruise, change colour and feel like they weigh about 10 stone each!! At times I used to sit on the sofa cupping them in my hands and lifting them up a bit to try and take the weight off them where they feel so heavy!!

Don't w*** or shag to soon either. Your first boner will make your balls ache like f*** and first time you get on the missus you will actually feel quite nervous!!

If I could give one tip it would be listen to some music on your phone during the procedure. It helps take your mind off it and you can't hear things being pulled about or scalpels clanking around etc.. I listened to Prodigy during mine.... They should let you listen to something.. They let me do it... Good luck!!!

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!
