Welcome back to football management TP, with Sheffield Wednesday.

Quite a challenge after that points deduction.

We will remember his 'massive over-achievement' with a very limited squad here.

Will be following this one with interest.

The deduction of 12 pts at the start of the season has been reduced to 6 pts.

Pulis has taken over a team on 6 pts, 1 place off the bottom of the table and having only scored a solitary goal in their last 5 games.

Agreed. Although it can be said for many managers we've had, in my view he came in with the hardest challenge and pulled off a remarkable season. I know there was some hard feelings with management when he left, but I will always remember him fondly.

Pulis always does a fairly decent job, but he never cracks a smile.

Eze Peasy at Anfield....

"hard feelings" with management?! Like when they took him to court, proved he was a liar and he had to pay the club back a very large sum.

He did a brilliant job but then went to commentate in Brazil World Cup rather than get ready for the next season, signed a few squad players and then made it clear he didn't want Zaha back before he p1ssed off on the eve of opening day trip to Arsenal!
Again, he did a great job but I've got no respect for the man.

When he joined we were second from bottom on 7 pts after 12 PL games and we finished 11th that season.
Amongst his signings were Hennessey, Dann, Kelly and Puncheon.

Really Dann and Kelly what bargains, I think Joe Ledley too.

I'll I'll always be grateful for what he achieved at palace, Sam also did a brilliant job, we wouldn't be where we are today without their input.

Indeed Joe Ledley was a Pulis signing.
I have a feeling that Pulis also signed Hangeland.

An odious toad imo. You always thought he had no interest in anything except himself and money and that was ultimately proven to be the case.

The fact that he has dropped in stature to the likes of Sheffield Wednesday, a team scrabbling for points at the bottom of the league tells you he has probably been given a massive bonus incentive to keep them up.

Decent manager, odious toad. Not sure I’d want that on my gravestone.

Well he probably needs to earn - he's £5.8 million down after the 2016 High Court appeal failed.
