Maize, rice,and others. All flours in there own right but sadly not wheat or rye. The flavour or texture cannot be imitated to any success but schar seem to have gotten the best it can be. I did consider that option but tbh patience and shelf life are lacking. He's 21 and isn't too fussed. Ketchup, butter and half a pig seem to work for him
