If you're pressed for time (or between gym memberships), press ups, pull ups (home pull ups bar), sit ups, kettle bell swings, sit ups, and 'face pulls' (with a resistance band) form a decent basic workout routine to keep you ticking over.. Edited by BlueJay (15 Sep 2021 11.37pm)
