If you are saying we need to block people born as men from going into female spaces, I would be interested in how you intend to do that and in what way you believe the Scottish Bill would affect it. I guess you just go up to anyone as they enter the space and prod them in the neck for their adam's apple. Or in your case, ask them if you can take a gander down their undies.

Cases are managed by the LCB [local transgender case board] and/or CCB [transgender complex case board] who take prior offending and current genitalia into account, so I understand. Can you explain why around one 2500 men are convicted sex offenders, but one in 585 trans women are sex offenders? There is a point here beyond prisons. I didn't say any of the conclusions you came to. Yet they are the obvious ones. It's not my or yours lack of common sense in question - although you somehow want to bring my opinion into this ; basically because you're trying to make out you're in the right without making any kind of actual argument. The photos of the trans offender show her as fluffy and pink, a stereotypical image of women. Why it is transitional men often aspire to be this kind of woman, when feminists have fought for decades to be treated as people, not sex objects. A famous trans woman (who I forget the name of) wrote that when she was wolf whistled walking past a building site her heart burst with joy and she knew she had finally become a woman.
