Taylor was good, Stewart was called 'The plank' by some Liverpool supporters. Apparently not the brightest, he wasn't even anywhere near our best really. At the time he seemed so shiny and out of our league though. I remember us being astonished when he wanted 20k a week.
Taylor may be the best we had, there's going to be Thomas, Gray, Cabaye, I had said Murphy. I was wondering about our many wingers like Hilaire and Zaha, for example. I would say Wilf is probably an inside forward but some of the others were probably midfielders.
