I like Eze, hope he ends up being a world beater, but think he is currently reaping the benefits of rose tinted glasses as he was injured for so long.

I'd take another Delaney or Murray though.

I like murray and Delaney but the current direction of travel in football terms means those type of players are pretty much relics of the past now both great for us especially murray

Loved Murray, Murray and AJ would be quality in any era of football.
Murray was a Harry Kane for the lower leagues.

I love murray too brilliant for us and Delaney but like any other business what’s required of you changes I’d love nothing better than another murray but at moment those type of players are more championship level

So a prime Glenn Murray wouldn’t currently be our best number 9?

He would be in your team and possibly mine but I don’t think he would get into a Viera side or any other current premiership managers team

Why not, because he held the ball up well, drew fouls , worked the channels , won headers, brought others into play ?? Was he too English ?
Who is currently better than him for us as a number 9.?
You don’t think a fit Glen Murray would get into any current premier league team?

Silly argument for sure. He was a quality striker who would score at any level. You either have an eye for goal or you don’t. He had it and that skill is a rare commodity.
