Ben Watson and Wayne Routledge have been called up for the England Under-21 squad for the match against Spain.
The 19-year-old pair are set to make their U21 debuts in the friendly at the Estadio Municipal et Val, Alcalá de Henares, next Tuesday evening.
Routledge has represented England at a number of levels, while Watson will be making his international bow.
Midfielder Watson has had a particularly impressive season in the Premiership, while Routledge has attracted a recent £3m offer from Spurs.
Ivan Kaviedes is in Ecuador's squad for their World Cup qualifier against Brazil and Tony Popovic has been named in Australia's squad for their friendly against Norway, to be played at Fulham.
