Crystal Palace goalkeeper Scott Flinders has told Neil Warnock he wants to go out on loan.
Flinders, 21, has struggled to displace current number one Julian Speroni who is having a fine season inbetween the sticks.
The former Barnsley stopper was in goal in Saturday's 2-0 FA Cup defeat at Watford and his only other appearance this season was in the Carling Cup exit to Bristol Rovers.
Now Flinders wants to get some games under his belt at another club with Scottish outfit Dundee rumoured to be interested in his services.
"It looks as if I won't be getting a game in the league because Jules is doing really well so it would have been nice to have a cup run but obviously it's been cut short," said Flinders.
"I'm hoping something can get sorted in the next couple of days where I can speak to the manager and try and get out somewhere on loan.
"I want to be playing games until the end of the season. As a goalkeeper you need to be playing games to gain experience, you don't get experience playing reserve games."
Flinders has had loan stints with Brighton and Gillingham since joining the Eagles for £1million in July 2006.
