Crystal Palace have secured the signings of Adam Barrett and Andy Dorman.
Barrett, 31, who is a central defender, has spent 6 years at Southend United, making just under 250 appearances for the Essex club.
He has signed a two year contract with the Eagles and will provide much needed cover at the back now that Clint Hill, Johannes Ertl and Danny Butterfield have left the club.
Wales born Andy Dorman, 28, has signed a three year contract. He has spent the past two years at St. Mirren and scored 19 goals in 88 appearances from midfield.
Two of those goals were scored in a memorable 4-0 victory against Celtic last season. The other two goals in the match were scored by ex-Palace midfielder Steven Thomson.
George Burley is looking to secure a few more signings in the next week or so before the pre-season games begin.
