Crystal Palace winger Kieran Djilali has left the club, according to manager Dougie Freedman.

Djilali featured in the first three months of last season but fell out of favour and was loaned out to League Two side Chesterfield where he helped them win promotion.

The 20-year-old had been offered a new deal but Freedman confirmed Djilali will be weighing up other options elsewhere.

"Kieran will not be coming back," said Freedman. "I've spoken to the boy and he has got one or two options."

Djilali made 35 appearances for the Eagles after coming up through the Academy system and found the net on one occasion.

Freedman is still trying to tempt centre half Anthony Gardner and Nottingham Forest striker Rob Earnshaw to come to Selhurst Park.

Defender Adam Barrett has seen possible moves to Notts County and Bournemouth fall through.

New Eagles striker Glenn Murray will avoid contact training for the start of pre-season due to a shoulder problem.
