Something is done differently here compared to other clubs in this league. That 'something' is great if we are mid-table and safe. We can all say it's wonderful to have a chairman who'll generally not be held to ransom on fees/terms. Not so wonderful when we are losing game after game and on our way back to the Championship and the millions of pounds in lost revenue that will mean.

We need at least three to four new players in before the window shuts to have any chance of turning things around. Do you think we'll get them? Does it snow at Christmas?

I think that one of the big problems is that players don't want to come to us. Swansea aren't in the same position as us as they are a decent club with decent players that have hit a rough patch whereas we have the look of a basket case about us
