It's the one thing we have above every team in the league now. It's the thing that abandoned us under Pardew and the thing that we all desperately called for under his reign. Away at West Ham we were bullied by Carroll and rolled over. Not anymore. The fight is back and we can roll any team over.

Agree, the fight and self belief,which totally disappeared under the mismanagement of Pardew's contradictory and confusing style,has returned,thank god!!

The moment that summed up our soft cockedness was when Carroll brutalised Joel Ward at the London Shamedium and no one went forward to confront him. If that happened now he would be flattened by the whole team. That's what you need to win games and cups and leagues.
