On the notorious Freddie Sears game I met a fair few Palace in The Pumphouse which is on the harbour. Closer to the ground is the large Tobacco Factory which I've been told is fairly neutral. The Bristol Beer Factory brewery is just over the road. The pubs into the city centre from the Tobacco Factory are supposedly neutral, ones closer to the ground are to be avoided. Hope this helps.
