Damien Green resigns.

How did he get the role in the first place?

A shocking and very transparent ploy to get him sacked.

What a shame we live in such a Machiavellian world where some scum bags will do anything to try and undermine the government.

And if he'd been Labour you'd be saying he should have gone long ago and how his presence in such a top job shows how appalling their values are.

If one is near the top in politics one resigns if they have been caught when their moral code is not quite up to scratch. Big deal - he watched some legal p***. But it was in Parliament and if he'd really cared about being a public servant he could at least waited until he had got home before he w@nked off to The Plumber and Mrs Thatcher.

Didn't David Davis promise to resign if Green went?

Hope he does.

No. I don't change my tune on such a fit up just because he is Blue and not Red.
I agree that if he used his office computer to watch p*** then it was unprofessional but that is about it.
Not a reason to be sacked from a cabinet position.

The way this all came about stinks. We are having our democracy manipulated by scumbags. I wouldn't be too pleased about that if I were you.

Anyone who is happy about this has no respect for democracy and wants to undermine the government by any means.

Makes you understand what kind of scum would really be running the country if Labour ever gets in.

So what he watched a bit of Frankie Vaughan on his computer. Who gives a feck ?

This was almost 10 years ago, and it's obvious that the copper responsible for the leak has an agenda/wants his 15 minutes of fame.

He was told to go for lying to parliament.

How do you know that?

It's not more concerning that an ex copper can get a cabinet minister sacked for something that allegedly happened ten years ago?

Isn't the problem more that he lied to parliament?
