Is there a way of me watching old Palace games on my tele? I was hoping to get hold of some footage of games from the Iain Dowie/Andy Johnson premier league season..

As eagleman said, YouTube is your best bet, I’m always watching old random palace stuff. There’s plenty from the AJ/Dowie premier league season

Love watching Palace 5 Man Utd 0. Pity TV didn't show games below the 1st Div in the old days because one game I would love to watch again would be Palace 8 Watford 1.

I just love watching us in the 1st div days 69 -73 in claret and blue, either the pin stripes or the don rogers - there's a 2-2 with Leeds and a 2-3 v Arsenal which shows what a good player John Craven was, got him from Blackpool and was sold to Coventry I believe

Interestingly enough at our last game home to Watford I got into conversation with a charming elderly gentleman whom I estimate was in his 80s.He mentioned that he was at the 8-1 game back in the 50s and claimed that Johnny Byrne scored for us.We agreed that there wouldn't be that many goals at the upcoming game! He correctly predicted the 1-0 scoreline. Suffice to say I am not as 'Ripe' in years as this chap and my support for the club did not commence until the 60s so I wasn't at the 8-1 thrashing.
