I really believe it is time now to say "thank you and goodnight" to Roy. He is inhibiting good players, stifling any creativity, holding back young talent and boring the pants off large sections of the fanbase.

He is a major beneficiary of the ground closures. I think he would by now/pretty soon be victim of the level of disenchantment and fury from the fans last seen at the end of Alan Smith's management.

Jackson.. Wan Bissaka.... Sansom.. Nicholas.. Cannon.. Guehi.... Zaha... Thomas.. Byrne... Holton.. Rogers.. that should do it..
