Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

This is what happens when you appoint some one whose sole job is to look for racism, they will find it. Organisations do not need this type of role everybody who works in HR or is a manager should ensure people are treated fairly and complaints are properly investigated. If they don't they should be fired. This is a virtue signalling none job.
