Situation with kids' tickets

They were supposed to be sent out last night for Spurs, because plastic season tickets wouldn't arrive by post in time. I'm not seeing anything and nor are two friends who take their children. Does anyone have any insights? (My ST is safely in my fan wallet/google pay after much pain)

Hi GPW, I take my 8 year old son with me, and I’ve managed to get his ticket downloaded with no issues. I’m not sure if you’ve done this, but I created his own account on the Palace app using his 6 number ST code. Please note, the username needs to be unique so you can’t re-use your email address. I then connected with him through Friends and Family. We then both had access to each other’s records. This may help you! Good luck. Matt

My youngest sons season ticket arrived today in the post. It was sent first class. Why they leave it to the last minute is beyond me.

Matt I tried something similar to this but found that once I had downloaded my own season ticket to the Apple pay wallet then my son's ticket disappeared. Fortunately his plastic card has arrived today.

I ran out of patience and set an account up for my son. I am sure it would have worked, but the club has suspended downloads from wallet to Google pay while it emails out tickets. It was supposed to do this last night. It was supposed to email them last night so I'm not holding my breath.
