If anyone's listening to the 5 Live commentary on the Villa W. Ham game, listen to the 'expert' co-commentator. I think he's being paid by the number of times he says "To be fair". My God, it's driving me round the twist. You'd think one of his commentating colleagues would give him a nudge. lol. Terrible Sorry. probably the wrong part of the forum to bring this up. There was a moment when Aston Villa had two VAR investigations into two incidents that had happened within seconds of one another, with each a potential red card. Which (to be fair) would have been insane if they'd both been sent off like that. I did chuckle to myself when Conor McNamara turned to Clinton and said, "Take a deep breathe Clinton... there are two VAR reviews, for two red cards." He's just an excitable guy with a poor vocabulary. I can feel Dougie Freedman rolling his eyes each time he says something stupid.

Always though "to be fair" was a bit racist. What's wrong with dark hair?
Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry. |
