My digital ST didn’t work at the turnstile today. I tried a couple of turnstiles. The club need to sort this. I wasn’t the only one. Others were not getting in. When I fork out £480 for a ticket I think it’s reasonable to expect it to work. (It worked for Arsenal. Why not today??)

Both Arsenal and Villa game today, spent about a minute each time trying to get my ticket to scan on my apple phone, but if that wasn’t bad enough both times my phone has frozen. I thought it may be a fluke after the Arsenal game but has happened again today, another trip to the repair shop to get it unlocked.

Seriously getting pee’d off big time with this, keep it simple and give me the old plastic card season ticket.

As described in my post last week, this season ticket issue is diabolical and continues to be DIABOLICAL. Whoever is responsible (and I don't mean the poor folk in the box office who I always find to be great), and I would like to know who?...Director of Ticketing? needs to sort it out quick or have their backside kicked out of the club. The upset distress and bad feeling I witnessed whilst waiting at the turnstiles for a mate for half an hour made me very angry. Folk of all ages, not just adults were being directed away when their phones would not admit them...Its quite disgusting.
Personally I was fine getting in as after the Arsenal match, on the Monday morning I went into the Box Office and insisted cards being printed there and then for my tickets....They obliged so I am now sorted for the season. Heard some stories that this has been refused to many so why should I be treated differently? Perhaps its because despite being a mild mannered and quiet bloke on this occasion I made a rare exception!

As I reported before I had issues at the Arsenal game (had to go get a reprint ticket) IPhone user - couple days after the Ars game my phone ticket was updated (I received a message) so I hoped all would be well against villa - arrived early just in case - phone in turnstile no go / opened Phone wallet made sure ticket was in clear view no go / clicked the 3 buttons found the QR code made sure that was entered into the reader & got the entry -

As you can imagine during this process queue building up behind me, people becoming more anxious about their own entry situations -

not a good look for the club I can assure you -
