Has anyone managed to put their membership card onto their electronic wallet?

The only option I get that is not greyed out is auto renew.

Good job I have some previous season cards for fidelity points for when I buy a pie and a brew.....

Edit: I've used the membership support enquiry on the app. Will tell you what happens. If you want it yourself, log in and get the drop down menu to member hub, then scroll down, you'll see member support (I think that's what it's called). Then you submit a query through an online form.

I am a gold member and attend probably 8 or 9 home games a season.
Ordered tickets for an upcoming game and they sent it through digitally, dont have an i phone so wanted paper e mail tickets.

Submitted an e mail as the phone was not answered on the 2 previous calls made and never got a response to the e mail, after a week called again and actually spoke to somebody who after explaining the issue sent me reluctantly e tickets through.

Need to persist but got there in the end, not good customer service i have to say.

I've emailed the Box Office cc to Sharon Lacey. Just felt like she might get stuff done. Had an automated response so far. Will keep updated if I ever actually hear anything. It's my third email and fourth time to be in touch - no response anytime.
