Is 4-2-3-1 the best formation for Palace?

I was listening to Talksport today were Simon Jordan, Martin Keown and Jim White were discussing Palace. And Martin made a point about Olise that he is not an ACM. He is a proper RW and when PV plays a 4-3-3 he is not the same player in the midfield 3 when he plays there. I think he has a point. 4-2-3-1 is the best in terms of bringing the best out of the players. Zaha is very comfortable as LW. Olise as a RW. And Eze best position is a CAM where he can offer a lot more creativity. What do you think?
