If we continue to play the total rubbish that we have player over the last few games over the next 3 before the WC break do we change manager,

I hope he will get his targets in January after which he can then be judged.

Although I'm not totally convinced by Vieira's tactical acumen, the board haven't brought in players necessary to strengthen the team, and that is out of PV's hands. I find it odd that they hand out extensions to sicknotes and duffers yet don't see the obvious need for improvement in certain areas. And we're talking about billionaires protecting their interest here.

We were '' total rubbish '' on Saturday. Not one player could claim to have had a good game. We had hard fought but deserved wins against Leeds and Wolves. We took a point at Leicester that now looks to be a good one given their revival. We ran Chelsea very close and deserved at draw from that game.

We're mid-table with the third lowest investment this season having already played Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City and Liverpool. Vieira is probably one of the least likely managers to get sacked, even if he lost all of the next three games. People keep saying how much we spent the previous summer but the fact is the squad is smaller, the wage bill is much lower and some players like Guehi, Mitchell, Olise, Doucoure and Eze are still relatively inexperienced. Wolves and Villa are both more attractive jobs than Palace and both clubs seem to be struggling to get the manager they want, so what hope would we have? Win next weekend and there'll be talk of top 8 again; it's like a cocaine-fuelled seesaw ride when it comes to post-match reactions sometimes!

We have a good starting 11 ( alot of whom are out of position ) but all it takes is a few injuries or a key player missing and we have to revert to a very weak bench . Left back cover is a right back player 10s being played as 9s wingers played as strikers and visa versa . Midfield cover is pathetic imo . Bringing on subs should be of the quality of the player that they are replacing , not just a last resort . But hey im no expert ! and who would his replacement be , and how could even the best manager in the world do any different or better with the players we have .

It is extremely difficult to win prem games, you do not help yourself when you keep playing a formation when you clearly don't have the type of players to do it.
