Love this picture and can still name everyone in it, which with my memory these days is quite a feat Even the 'mystery' player sitting next to Charlie Simpson...(answers on a postcard) ...and not a pink and lime green football boot in sight either Edited by The Sash (04 Jun 2014 12.20pm)

well done Sash,cheers, that was the year I moved away from Selhurst but can remember a few of the players but not all, wearing a great kit to. Ant chance of naming them for US ? STill have Palace at heart , even my lad supports them in Northampton , having taken him to a couple of games

I too could name all there and it says something when you can name the trainer and physio from memory but if you put a photo up from last 10 years I bet I couldn't

Recognise Charlie Simpson but who is the guy with the tache? And when did Allan Harris turn up. Thought he was always with Venables. The programme cover from that year was the best. The pic of the young crowd on the pitch by the old stand after the annual end of season invasion.

Dave Horn had the tache, he was trainer and I think he was the father of Bob Horn who we had as a young keeper but he left and joined Barnsley.

I was just starting to get into it big time then, I loved that kit so much, everyone else in the whole of football seemed to play in plain tops and stripes or hoops was the only diversion from the norm,,,,,,,and then we bring this out!!! It seemed so cool at the time.
